Charlie is a London-based composer. in 2025, he graduated from the National Film and Television School.

He began his career in 2018 assisting Natalie Holt. Shortly after that he wrote additional music for Netflix's Sunderland 'Til I Die, and has since scored various films and television series, including the two part documentary series Myth of the Zodiac Killer, for Peacock TV, the multi-award winning feature Atomic Cover Up, for PBS, and his most recent feature, the Spanish-language No Es No. He has scored numerous short films, and was awarded Best Soundtrack at the European Film Festival for his score for the 2021 short, The Chased. In 2023 he went to further develop his skills in at the world-renowned National Film and Television School.

​Charlie's approach to scoring focuses on close attention to character, emotion and story. He is extremely versatile, working across all genres of film and with all styles of music.​​​
